Kentish Town House, 

This project involved a rear-side return extension with a pitched roof and internal layout changes to a terraced house in Kentish Town, North London (NW5).

DOMENECH DESIGN LTD was contracted to provide construction drawings, structural engineering, and party wall surveyor services. We also assisted with the Thames Water Application and designed a new underground drainage design due to the new home extension being built over existing services.
