This project involved a rear extension with a flat roof and skylight feature and internal layout changes to a Semi-Detached property in Oakwood, London

DOMENECH DESIGN LTD was contracted to provide construction drawings, structural engineering, and party wall surveyor services. We also assisted with the Thames Water Application and designed a new underground drainage design due to the new home extension being built over existing services.
